Troubleshooting Login Issues


In very rare circumstances, when you attempt to log in with your Facebook credentials the request to Facebook may result in a very long pause with no apparent action. What causes this is beyond our control, but we do have a few suggestions on how to clear this situation up if you  encounter it. Please try these steps in order for the best results. 

 

Facebook Login Troubleshooting

1) Log out and back into the Facebook application if it is present on your device. Many phones and tablets come pre-loaded with the Facebook application, so be sure to log out and back into the Facebook profile you would like to play with.

2) If you do not have the Facebook application, you can check your login status through your web browser. Open your web browser and navigate to Facebook.com. Log out of any account here and log into your desired account.

3) If the above doesn't work, clear the web browser cache as described here

4) Uninstall and reinstall the game from the Google Play store. You can locate the game and uninstall and install here

5) If the above still doesn't prove resolve, clear the Jackpot Party data from the application manager for your Android device.

 

Internet Connection Troubleshooting

The game will not load without an internet connection. Check and reset your wi-fi or cellular connectivity settings with these steps.
